Milano by Azul PDF Print E-mail

Helmets are often an overlooked part of many riders kit, however you'll need just one near miss or big off to realise that you put a lot of faith in that foam and plastic around your head.

The Milano by Azul is a solid, good looking helmet with a respectable light weight of 291 grams for the large size without the removable visor (30 grams heavier than claimed on their website).

With 20 vents and comfortable padding the Milano was comfortable to wear for hours, enough so that I put it to a 6 hour plus test at last months Aussie Marathon Champs in Bendigo. With the rear helmet retention straps adjusted before starting the helmet stayed tight on my head over the rough tracks whilst never feeling too tight. Get this setting right however as there’s no easy way to adjust this tension whilst on the bike.

If your after a helmet with a comfortable fit, respectable light weight and reasonable price then this may be for you.
