 Mark Fenner. Hardly needs an introduction, however here we go. 3rd in the World Solo 24 Hour Championships in 2008, honours Degree in Sports Science and founder of FTP Training.
FTP Training are a proud Official Partner of Team Enduro Pulse and The Fenz has kindly come on board a new section of Enduro Pulse to answer your training questions.
First up though we're throwing open to you what the section should be called. Got a suggestion? Simply email over your best section name and for your troubles we've got one free entry to give away to the Jet Black WSMTB 12 Hour race to be held on the 7th August 2010 at Yellowmundee Regional Park in Western Sydney.

Competition - Rocky Trail Grand Prix Awaba Entries |

 Our good friends at Rocky Trail Entertainment have swung 2 free entries our way for Round 1 of the Grand Prix Series at Awaba that readers can get their dirty hands on.
The Grand Prix Series is aimed at all levels of riders and is a great way to get into the sport. Changes for 2010 include a simpler qualifying system and a second racing option where you can choose to race for either 4 hours or 8 hours.
Dates for the series are;
- Round 1 - 3rd July 2010 - Awaba
- Round 2 - 8th August 2010 - Yellowmundee (4 hour only)
- Round 3 - 18th September 2010 - Wisemans Ferry
- Round 4 - November 20th 2010 - Mt Stromlo
