Mountain biking in a Botanical Garden; seems impossible right?. Well The Mount Annan Botanical Gardens in Southern Sydney have opened their doors and created dedicated mountain biking trails for the masses. Talk about progressive thinking on trail access!
The first two loops of a 14km single and double track enduro mountain bike trail have been completed with plans to further develop a more trail for more experienced riders. The trail, which is the first of its kind set in a Botanic Garden, will be officially opened at 10.30am on Saturday 11 September 2010.

Check out www.rbgsyd.nsw.gov.au/annan for more details about the track and the launch and it might also pay to swing by their Facebook account to check trail status after rain. |
