Well, McGee's Cycles in Bowral are hosting a Giant demo day on the 26th February at the racecourse on Brad McGee's Twin Falls Bush cabins in Fitzroy Falls, NSW.

Friends of those competing in this year's Kona Odyssey mountain bike marathon (18 February) will now be able to track the progress of the race from afar with the introduction of live tracking of elite riders, live splits for all riders and automatic post event upload of rider photographs on Facebook.
Six elite males and four elite females will be tracked live for the duration of the 100km race in a move that race organisers say is all about bringing mountain biking to the people.

Rocky Trail have just announced the 2012 race dates for their popular endurance mountain bike racing series and with it the launch of a “furious 7 hours” racing format across all four events.
Round 1 21 April Awaba MTB Park (NSW)
Round 2 7 July Enduro Trail, The Australian Botanic Garden, Mt Annan (NSW)
Round 3 1 Sept. Stromlo Forest Park (ACT)
Round 4 29 Sept. Location to be confirmed

An Endless Austrian Rocky Trail Summer

Last year Rocky Trail successfully hosted their first MTB endurance race in Juliane’s hometown of Gnas in the beautiful region of South-East Styria, about 3 hours South of Vienna.
This year they’ll return with the Wild Wombat MTB Challenge, sharing their passion for mountain bike riding and racing in Australia in their home country of Austria.
